Jamie was at work today, so I had my Easter afternoon tea all by myself, enjoying my homemade hot cross buns. As I'm not a fan of sultanas and raisins, I substituted them with dried cranberries and candied citrus peel.
Then I made some super cute chocolate coated bunny cookies.
My Easter tree wasn't as exciting as last year's as the blossoms haven't opened yet, but I added some crochet covered polystyrene eggs this time.
I also bottled my carrot and orange wine last night which turned out very clear and tasty despite the strange sounding combination.
