Little Autumn Treats

After I've been enjoying my banana bread so much I thought I'd do some more baking, so I made these apple and cinnamon mini muffins. I followed the same recipe as for the banana bread but used only half of of the ingredients and replaced the banana puree with some of the Apfelmus I made last year, added plenty of cinnamon and topped it with apple slices and of course more cinnamon. I was impressed by my little experiment and already had half of the muffins. Oh, this really put me into the mood for baking and I'm already thinking about what to bake next.
